- Add-on commissions will take lower priority. I allocate time to work on these after I'm done with existing commissions. If you need them by a certain date please let me know as early as possible!

Please inform me if you wish to keep the commission private!● The Commissioner must credit the artist when using the artwork. In case of a Live2D Model, the commissioner must credit the artist within their socials info (Twitter, Twitch, Youtube etc.)● If you post/use the commission anywhere, please credit me by tagging me (Twitter: @shyfenich)━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⋅WAITLIST● You don't have to pay to be on the waitlist!● If slots are closed, you can ask to be put on the waitlist unless waitlists are closed.● After I open the commission and contact you, you have one week to respond before your spot is given up.● If you change your mind by the time I contact you, that's no problem at all!
I would appreciate you letting me know early instead of not replying!━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⋅GENERAL● I don't work on 2D Model Art without a clear reference of the character
(unless you are planning ordering a concept from me)● Please, write clearly and objectively, providing references that are easy to understand, comprised primarily of images. Please refrain from sending a text only reference.● Turnaround time: Please safely expect 3 months for base model. This does not include extra time required for extra outfits / add-ons. This will start when I begin your project, not when you are given a slot!!● Please provide timely feedback/edits to keep the project on schedule!● Complex work, requests or delays with client communication may extend the output window.● Rush orders are available and will fast track the order to the front of the queue.● All commissions may be erased from our servers one month after delivery.
Please keep a safe copy of your goods once the downloads are available.● Work is processed in the order received + deadline, but multiple projects may be in progress simultaneously. Smaller projects may finish before bigger projects in the queue due to this.● Your commission will be created according to my interpretation strictly based off the references you provide to me prior to the work starting. If you require or envision a specific outcome, please ensure any references and instructions are thoroughly prepared in advance and sent prior to payment. If you provide limited references, anything non-specified will be created to my discretion and creative freedom.● My art is constantly evolving and improving which means there will be small changes from time to time in my work (anatomy, coloring, lineart etc) please keep that in mind!● A change in the direction of the commission or your references after invoice will incur extra fees. You may request revisions at the sketch phase till you are satisfied, only minor revisions when sent the final model/final rig.
Any revisions deemed as major will be charged a fee.● I may use assets I commercially own when creating parts of your work.● If you run into any issues with the model and its cutting or rendering that could effect the rigging please contact me!● Should you be unsatisfied with the work at any time or moment, please discuss with me directly instead of third parties. I will try my best to reach an amicable outcome that benefits all parties.● In case you already have a rigger, please let me their contacts so I can have their assistance when it comes to cutting.● Works that are too complex may be charged an additional fee. This would have to be discussed with us further.● I may decline your commission if I might not be able to meet your standards OR I do not resonate with the character design.● We reserve the right to not work on any content we refuse to engage with, without need for providing reason.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⋅PAYMENT● All payments or currency shown are in USD● Payment is upfront before I start working on your commission.
Payment plan available as well, we can discuss it further once I contact you for confirmation on the commission.
You may also opt to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, let me know!● All commissions are non-refundable, unless we haven't started on the commission yet.● We have the rights to stream the commission (twitch / youtube).
Private commission will have +10% fee and we will not stream the commission process.● Rush Orders: Want to skip the queue, or need a commission by a certain date?
